Mobily Flagship Outlets - KSA
Mobily Project was a very unique. We were part of the team who planned and developed the Flagship Outlets which was designed to set a new standards of Customer Experience in KSA.

Canar Telecomm Retail Customer Expereince - Sudan
The team was part of the Retail Sales Strategy development and execution. Including the Canar retail design concept development and implementation in Sudan.

PTCL Commercial Transformation - Pakistan
The team contributed in setting up a new the Commercial organisation, develop the marketing strategy and support the implementation of the marketing mix and Sales function by comprising service portfolio, pricing, distribution and customer service.
Furthermore, the Team has also supported in defining and implementing of efficient Commercial -related processes. In addition, the specification of requirements towards billing, data warehouse, and CRM systems resulting from marketing planning & controlling, product and customer management as well as sales will form an integral part of the scope of services.
